Responsibilities:
- Support 5 S's activities in shopfloor.
- LABELING RACKS,
- COLOR-CODING TOOLS in Assembly
- Mark floor for Material staging areas.
- Support Lead Time Reduction Strategy - Data Analysis
- Performing data collection and analysis, including recording videos
- Support 5S's Global Assessment Deployment
- Helping to ensure projects are completed on time.
Knowledge & Skills Summary:
- Computer proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Simulation Software - Arena, FlexSim, etc.
- Experience and/or knowledge on Time and Motions - Time Studies
- Knowledge of basic lean tools - 5S's, SMED, Value Stream Map, etc.
- Experience and/or knowledge working in or around machine shop or machining is a plus
Education and Experience:
An in-process Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering. Ability to work with people in an industrial environment.
