- Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (Approximately 40 calls a day) - Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities - Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents - Placing orders for Renewal by Andersen product - Scheduling - This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project - Closing out completed installations
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Must have solid phone skills for directing incoming calls - Time management and organizational skills - High School Diploma or equivalent - Excellent oral and written communications skills - High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel is a must with the amount of data collection and inputting - Customer service experience necessary due to scheduling appointments with homeowners - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment - Keen eye for detail - Computer proficiency-Microsoft Excel and Outlook
