Key Respoinsibilities:
Operations Management: Direct, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure appropriate care delivery to patients, establish program tone reflecting organizational values, and uphold compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the designated reporter for regulatory agencies, maintaining adherence to legal requirements and standards.
Staff Supervision: Provide clinical supervision for direct care staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to best practices.
Communication and Advocacy: Communicate with referral sources and family members in clients' interests, maintaining confidentiality and client rights standards.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A current LCSW license.
- Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the treatment team and patients.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Must be 21 or older.
