QAP is seeking a Project Engineer based out of Cooper Landing, AK. This individual will assist in the management of project(s) by means of cost management and analysis, scheduling, billings and project support. This individual should have the following characteristics: strong analytical skills, social skills, and interpersonal skills with a dedication to safety, integrity, and ethics. This role helps to ensure a safe project site and work environment in accordance with Colaska policy, participate with Goal Zero principles.Assists Site Superintendent(s) and Project Manager(s) with project operations, schedules, and cost management. The ideal person would be knowledgeable and experienced regarding the requirements of the MUTCD, Alaska Traffic Manual, Alaska DOT Standards and Specification Section 643 and the implementation of those requirements.
