(TEL) delivers environmental engineering, investigation, consulting, and remediation services to government agencies and private clients in the areas of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) restoration and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) support. About the Role
Tanaq is seeking a staff-level Environmental Scientist to support remedial, geologic, and hydrogeologic investigations with oversight from a Project Manager. Works with other geologists, engineers, and/or field technicians on field investigations, including well drilling and installation, environmental investigations, and remediation efforts at various project locations. The job requires an understanding of environmental remediation concepts and the ability to monitor subcontractors to ensure the performance of work in accordance with environmental and contractual requirements. Job also includes collection of environmental samples (soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediments) at project sites.
This is a hybrid remote position supporting Fairchild Air Force Base located near Spokane, Washington.

Pay Range
The projected annual salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $60,000 - $70,000. Please note that the salary information listed is a good faith estimate for this position and a general guideline only. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, candidate's relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, as well as business considerations and contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
