Job Responsibilities: *Delight customers by providing an excellent customer experience consistent with our world-class product. *Answer telephone calls and assist with showroom traffic. *Partner with assigned sales representatives and serve as the internal point of contact for customers. *Ensure that all customer questions and concerns are addressed and satisfied. Clarify, diagnosis and resolve any customer issues. *Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders and on-hold jobs. *Schedule appointments with homeowner for technical measure, installation, and service. Create job file packets for technical measure appointments and installation. *Observe the internal processes and procedures from the customers viewpoint to identify opportunities for improvement. *Provide customer correspondence as needed.
Experience and Education:
*Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma required *Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills *Good listening skills. Ability to empathize with customers and build a good rapport with customers over the phone. *Drive the highest standards of ethical behavior by providing accurate information throughout the customer experience. *Must have problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and stay organized in an ever-changing environment. *Analytical abilities and strong attention to detail *Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently to regularly meet deadlines *Knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a full-time position with flexible work schedule. Expected to work 1- 2 weekends per month, either in the showroom or staffing large events such as open houses, home shows and state fair. Saturday showroom hours are 10am-2pm. Flex time offered during the week in exchange for Saturday hours.
